Where can I get a legit copy of Windows 7. I have XP running on my system
and want windows 7. But I don't wanna pay $119 or more for it. Is there a
place or someone that suggest a way to get a copy to install and get updates
etc. Thanks.

yea download the iso from digital river...and then use daz loader...keep
in mind....if your pc runs windows xp....it probably can't run windows
7... atleast not well....minium specs should be a dual core cpu with 4gb
of ram....and either a ati or nvidia gpu....or a newer(something from
the last 3-4 years) built in gpu from intel....

Any dual core or high end P4 will do ya. I've run 7 on 1.5gb of memory
so that's your minimum baseline. 2 would better.

Only problem I can think u might run into is lack of Aero support due to
onboard video. AGP card then u got 50/50 chance.

I'm glad TechGuru killed the elephant in the room LOL!
