Mustek Bear Paw 2400 TA+ Adapter

I require an adapter for a Mustek Bear Paw 2400 TA+

12V DC 1.25 A positive center, negative outside plug.

Question -- I have an equivalent adapter but it is rated 2.0 A. Would
this be OK to use on this scanner?

Yes. Same or higher amperage is ok.
